The rules for using Crush AI

Agreement to terms

Crush AI ("Crush AI", "we", "our", or "us") provides the Crush AI applications and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a contract to use Crush AI.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service for personal, non-commercial, dating-related communications. We reserve all other rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, discriminatory, harassing, or violates another person's rights.
• Use the Service to stalk, threaten, or mislead other users.
• Reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security features.
• Automate access or scrape the Service without written permission.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you share, the replies you send, and any consequences that follow. Always review AI-generated replies before sending. Do not rely on the Service for advice in emergency or dangerous situations.

AI limitations

The Service generates suggestions using machine learning. Responses may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or fail to consider your full context. Use your judgment and provide feedback when something feels off.

Feedback

If you submit feedback or ideas to Crush AI, we may use them for any purpose without obligation to you.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools or app stores. Those services are governed by their own terms. Crush AI is not responsible for third-party actions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for violating these Terms or when we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain sections survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crush AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, even if we knew they were possible. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and defend Crush AI and our team against claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Crush AI is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. We will specify the exact governing law and venue upon launch in each market.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. We will post the revised Terms with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
